What to Expect:

Hypnotherapy is not what you see in movies. You are never out of control, unconscious, or unaware. You’re simply in a relaxed, focused state—similar to a daydream or deep meditation—where your subconscious becomes more open to positive suggestions and imagery.

Each session includes:

  • A brief consultation and intake

  • Light guided relaxation

  • Targeted visualization or suggestion work

  • Post-session reflection and simple integration tools

Sessions are about 60–75 minutes and take place either in person or virtually (based on availability).
